What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming guests and clients in a warm and friendly manner
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with general inquiries
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Providing support to other station (Kitchen, Dining, Cashiering) as needed
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
