Our digital marketing hub is responsible for managing our programmatic media solutions. The team oversee advertising dashboards via Clickcast (Appcast's proprietary technology) and ensure that all media outside of Clickcast is tagged and tracked in order to optimise campaigns based on demand fluctuations and a suitable number of applications in our recruitment funnels. We use real time data and metrics to ensure we optimise our campaigns within industry standard cost per click and application data.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide day-to-day support to our teams in the execution of digital marketing to ensure all briefs and timelines are met
• Set up and maintain campaigns across digital marketing channels, including programmatic jobs, search, social, and display
• Liaise with AMS Media Buying and Procurement teams, supporting with the tracking of utilisation across wider Centre of Excellence accounts
• Update and manage work requests in the system, such as and activity trackers.
• Ensure that all activity is tagged for tracking, collating, and cleansing data for performance and budget reports
• Report any issues and flagging any potential risks to your manager
• Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) best practice is considered in all activities

You'll need to demonstrate:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and concepts, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, programmatic advertising, digital marketing and social media marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, taking direction from senior team members while also contributing ideas and solutions independently
• Time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines effectively
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data analysis and reporting
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges in digital marketing within the recruitment industry
• Experience in gathering data and using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
