We are looking for a results-driven and strategic SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current SEO practices, be data-oriented, and capable of developing and executing strategies that drive organic growth, increase website traffic, and improve search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability and indexing issues
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
  • Analyze competitor SEO strategies and adjust plans accordingly
  • Manage and build backlinks through white-hat link-building strategies
  • Develop monthly performance reports and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO (e.g., site architecture, sitemaps, schema, )
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, SEO tools, and best practices
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify
  • Ability to write and edit marketing content with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Self-starter with excellent project management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and handling multiple responsibilities
  • Based in the Philippines with reliable internet connection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
