Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Accounts Officer based in Mandaluyong. The Media Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing financial reporting, analyzing financial data, and ensuring accurate preparation of financial statements. The role also includes providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Close collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth business operations is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports;

At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or advertising (OOH/media background preferred);

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field;

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills to address client needs;
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment;
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills;
  • Relevant experience in media accounts or business technology sectors is a plus;

Goal-driven, adaptable, and able to work under pressure;


• Willing to do client meetings and fieldwork.
