  • Knowledge in route planning, including economic load plan with itinerary by order priority.
  • Know how to monitor delivery status drop by drop and the fulfillment of daily load plan.
  • Can perform booking and truck assignment according to the route-plan - either from outsourced trucking partners and/or internal fleet units, marrying feasibility or route density and truck capacity.
  • Can monitor liquidation of proof of deliveries (POD's)
  • Know how to monitor actual pull-out of RTV's/Consignor pull-out
  • Know how to handle bridges concerns between customers, truckers, and internal departments.
