Responsible for the documentation/ liaison of permits and others in relation to construction; exterior repairs and renovation; supervision and monitoring of machineries and equipment; as site coordinator for new Mariposa under construction.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  1. Documentation/ Liaison

1.1 Handles documentation and liaison on construction permits, building, occupancy, as built. LLDA/DENR and other pre-construction and pre-operating technical permits and reuiqrements and its renewal (quarterly/ annually)

1.2 Acts as custodian of as built plan, hard copies and e-files.

  1. Repairs and Renovation

2.1 Supervises renovation and major repairs on electrical/ mechanical aspects; replacement of major machineries and equipments including purchasing/canvassing:

· Elevator

· All pumps; water, fire, cistern, jocky, submersible, transfer and others

· Laundry equipment; washer/ dryer

· STP

· Genset

· CCTV/DVR/DVD/ Wi-fi

· Sprinkler/ Fire Alarm/ Fire Protection System

· Water Heater

2.2 Handles and supervises all exterior renovation and improvements

2.3 Studies, recommends and installs greener machinery/ appliances/ equipment to reduce energy output and other cost-saving devices

  1. Supervises the Building and Maintenance Head of the branches

  2. Ensures the facilities meet government and environmental, health, safety, and security standards

  3. Evaluates property, equipment, machinery acquisition and/or disposal

  4. Site coordination for new Mariposa under construction

  5. Performs related duties as directed.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  1. Graduate of Electrical Engineering course; License or its equivalent

  2. With at least three (3) years of related experience in senior/ supervisory role
