The Uniform Sales Representative is essential in driving B2B sales of tailored corporate uniforms, targeting various industries. This role involves generating leads, building relationships with key clients, and managing the entire sales cycle to secure new business. The Sales Representative is expected to understand the specific uniform needs of each client and provide customized solutions that align with their brand identity and operational requirements. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, collaborating with internal teams, staying informed about market trends, and ensuring a seamless sales process that results in client satisfaction and business growth.

Priority Tasks:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through market research, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients across sectors such as corporate, retail, and hospitality.
  • Conduct client needs assessments to develop customized uniform solutions that meet specific company requirements.

Sales Presentations & Proposals:

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client's needs.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals and maximize revenue.
  • Ensure proposals highlight the value, quality, and benefits of our uniform solutions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings and address any concerns.

Market Awareness & Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest in corporate uniform designs.
  • Understand the purchasing and procurement processes specific to corporate uniforms.
  • Provide insights to the product development team to refine and enhance uniform offerings based on client feedback and industry trends.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the merchandising, logistics, and production teams to ensure client specifications are met.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing departments to align product offerings with market needs and branding goals.
  • Provide input on production schedules and order timelines to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in uniforms, apparel, or related sectors.
  • Established network within target industries (e.g., corporate, hospitality, retail) and familiarity with corporate procurement processes (highly preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-centric approach and the ability to present tailored proposals confidently.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and adaptable with a strong focus on results.
  • Knowledge of garment customization, fabrics, and production processes.
  • Ability to analyze market data and use insights to adjust sales strategies.
