About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Accounting Manager (CPA)
to oversee the end-to-end accounting process, audits, and compliance for a growing organization in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reports.
  • Oversee the end-to-end accounting cycle, including general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Manage and supervise
    3 direct reports
    while supporting the overall finance and accounting function.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax filings, and auditing standards.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits, including occasional weekend audit work at project sites.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager, CFO, VP, and COO to support strategic financial decisions.
  • Implement process improvements, controls, and systems to support a rapidly growing workforce and project operations.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (
    CPA
    ) – required.
  • At least
    10 years of leadership/managerial experience
    in accounting and audit.
  • Strong auditing background with proven experience handling audits end-to-end.
  • Previous experience in the
    construction industry
    preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, compliance, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work
    onsite in Alabang
    and travel nationwide for project-based audits.
