Data Collection & Reporting

  • Gather, organize, and validate risk-related data from business units and sites.
  • Consolidate reports for BCP, IMCR, and other risk management initiatives.
  • Maintaining databases, trackers, and dashboards for timely monitoring

Compliance & Risk Monitoring

  • Assist in monitoring compliance requirements related to mining operations, environment, and industry regulations.
  • Support preparation of accurate and timely submission of internal and external reports.
  • Assist in identifying gaps in compliance data and coordinate with process owners for resolution.

Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Provide follow-up and coordination with different sectors/departments and sites for timely submission of reports.
  • Assist BCP and IMCR Managers in documentation, filing, and preparation of materials for reviews/meetings.
  • Track progress of risk-related action items and escalate delays when necessary.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness of data and informartion.
  • Support sector-led activities such as workshops, audits, and tabletop exercises.
  • Providing logistical and administrative assistance for sector meetings and events.

Other Duties

  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the BCP Manager, IMCR Manager, or AVP for Risk Management, which are relevant to the role and sector operations.
