Sales Agent is responsible for promoting company products, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. This role combines sales functions with product coordination, requiring strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage client accounts effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in assigned areas.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management for strategies and updates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client concerns effectively.
  • Attend meetings, training, and product knowledge sessions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is an advantage
  • At least 2 to 5 years experience as Out Bound Sales agent.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork in various areas, including provincial assignments
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
