Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring, verifying, posting, recording, and manage the aging of accounts receivable. Performing daily cash and bank management duties including daily cash report, bank deposits, passbook updates, bank updates, encashments, and fund transfers.
  • Bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Follow up on outstanding receivables via phone calls and emails to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing statements.
  • Assist in income audit, cash flow management, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate payment pick-up, schedule visits, issue Official Receipts, and secure BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Tax Withheld) from clients upon collection.
  • Post and record all sales accurately in the accounting system and reconcile them against invoices.
  • Maintain timely and accurate posting, recording, and filing of sales/collection-related documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • 1–2 years in accounts receivable, ideally within hospitality (hotel, resort, F&B).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or OJT experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing credit/debit/settlement reconciliation and aging receivables, including corporate and guest accounts.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and tax/invoicing regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines .
  • Highly organized.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willing to travel for on-site client collections.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
