The main office is in Pasig, but you are expected to do fieldwork or be on the ground in various areas throughout Luzon. You will receive a monthly base salary plus high commissions and incentives based on sales.

Job Description:

  • Fieldwork or On-ground (Luzon), 9 AM to 5 PM, Mondays through Saturdays
  • Actively seek and engage new business opportunities (e.g., hospitals, condos, offices)
  • Conduct site visits, product demos, and client consultations
  • Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates
  • Build relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and decision-makers

Qualifications:

  • With or without field sales experience (training provided)
  • Willing to travel and conduct door-to-door B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • High energy and target-driven
