Location: Relos Functional Gym, Crossroads Banilad

We are seeking a friendly and organized Gym Receptionist to join our team As the first point of contact, you'll assist members, manage schedules, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist gym members
  • Answer calls and inquiries
  • Manage memberships and scheduling
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Can maintain the cleanliness of the whole area, mopping and sweeping the floor, and cleaning the equipments
  • Can function all around

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic administrative and computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Prior experience in customer service is a plus
  • Good Character
