About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative with fraud analyst experience to join our dynamic team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a strong command of both the Japanese and English languages.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clients
2. Investigating and resolving complex fraud-related inquiries and issues
3. Analysing customer data and transactions to identify and prevent fraudulent activities
4. Documenting and reporting on fraud cases to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance fraud detection and prevention strategies
6. Continuously improving customer experience through process optimisation and innovative solutions

What we're looking for

1. Fluency in both Japanese and English, both written and spoken
2. Minimum of At least 6 months of fraud analyst experience, preferably within a call centre or financial services industry
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends in customer data
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex issues to customers and stakeholders
5. Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel and CRM systems
6. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
