I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the development and implementation of new general insurance products, including enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Support the Product Manager in creating product propositions for digital platforms, partnerships, and various distribution channels.
  • Identify emerging market trends and opportunities; conduct market scans to drive business growth.
  • Prepare regular product performance and monitoring reports.
  • Ensure full product compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain product relevance through continuous review of competition, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—including IT, Finance, Operations, and Marketing—regarding product updates, enhancements, or changes.

II. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in any field; preferably Business Administration, Mathematics, or Integrated Marketing Communications.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance product development (life or non-life).
  • Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements for general insurance products; experience in product submissions and filings with the Insurance Commission is preferred.
  • Strong interest in InsurTech and digital insurance innovations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

III. WORK SCHEDULE

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • May require extended hours depending on urgency and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
