Your Role in the Operation
Be part of our client's team as a Customer Service and Order Entry Specialist, serving as the first point of contact for customers while ensuring accurate order processing and smooth coordination between production and shipping. You'll manage inquiries, enter orders, resolve issues, and support daily operations with precision and professionalism.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EDT / 9:00 PM-6:00 AM PH

What Makes You a Great Fit
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in customer service, order entry, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and high data entry accuracy
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Comfort working in a small business environment with flexible responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Familiarity with order management or ERP systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email and spreadsheets
What You'll Do Day to Day
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional responses to questions, concerns, and requests
- Accurately enter customer orders into the order management system
- Ensure order details are complete and correct for production and shipping teams
- Coordinate with production and shipping to track order status and relay updates
- Troubleshoot order or shipment issues and support efficient resolution
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks during peak periods
- Support cross-functional teams as needed in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a solutions-focused and professional approach in all interactions
