Description

Provides functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors products. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of SuccessFactors products.

Essential Functions

• Subject-Matter-Expert for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Module
• Gathers and analyzes clients' business requirements and objectives
• Delivers system demonstrations, presentations, and documentation
• Assists in developing training materials and trains clients on system utilization
• Troubleshoots and resolves assigned system defects
• Provides quality control of consultant configurations to meet client deliverables
• Partners with project managers to ensure projects stay within budget
• Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices for EC and ECP modules
• Coordinates with stakeholders regarding system access, staffing, billing, and timelines
• Configures and documents system changes following workbook specifications
• Performs unit testing and assists during UAT, parallel run, cutover, and hypercare
• Responds to functional inquiries from HR operations team
• Implements system changes following change requests and corrective maintenance
• Monitors and applies HR service packages

Required Qualifications

· At least 3-5 years of extensive experience as an SAP HR Functional consultant implementing SuccessFactors ECP or SAP Payroll

· Completed SuccessFactors ECP / SAP Payroll full lifecycle implementation projects

· Core skills include face-to-face client interaction, HR functionalities, and global implementations

· HR-400 Certification is advantageous

· SuccessFactors EC and ECP Certification is advantageous

• Skilled in technology with business acumen to complement system consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical and solutions-oriented; able to solve complex problems with detailed insights and constructive criticism

• Capable of working in teams and independently
• Strong organizational, planning, and management skills
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills, confident in formal speaking, creating compelling presentations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, attentive listening, and knowledge sharing
• Ability to develop talent by creating a challenging and rewarding environment
