SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant helps organizations implement and optimize their Learning Management System (LMS) using SAP SuccessFactors. The role blends technical expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering
: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and translate them into system configurations. - System Configuration
: Set up learning workflows, user roles, course catalogs, and reporting structures within SAP LMS. - Integration
: Connect LMS with other enterprise systems like HRIS, CRM, or ERP platforms. - Testing & Troubleshooting
: Conduct system testing, resolve issues, and ensure smooth deployment. - Training & Support
: Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC)
- Experience with instructional design and content management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
