you'll perform competitive analysis on connector products, identify specification advantages, and update product reference guides. You'll collaborate with global teams to ensure accuracy and consistency, supporting data-driven decisions that strengthen the company's competitive edge.

*The Qualifications We Seek*

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• A technical degree is required, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent/related field)
• Experience in the connector industry is preferred
• Ability to work with pace and accuracy in all assignments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in interpreting and comparing technical specifications

Your Daily Tasks
Primary Responsibility

• Develop a deep understanding of connector products and their specifications.
• Analyze competitors' products and compare them to identify specification advantages.
• Summarize findings into a comprehensive and accurate cross-reference guide.

Administration

• Learn and execute the product management cross-reference process.
• Complete all required tasks and reports in a timely and efficient manner.
