Job Title: Licensed Insurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Specialist to assist in preparing Home & Auto insurance quotes for our current members. You will log into the various insurance carriers that we are appointed with to secure accurate, bindable quotes for presentation to our customers. This role involves meticulous data entry and verification, and you may occasionally need to text customers to gather additional information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify all submitted data for accuracy. You may occasionally need to contact customers via SMS using our proprietary system to collect or confirm information.
  • Accurately transfer data from our insurance CRM (EZLynx) into various insurance carriers' portals to obtain bindable insurance quotes.
  • Respond to common questions regarding Previ's services and our insurance offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by providing quick, professional responses and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the quoting process.
  • Escalate advanced troubleshooting or complex issues to appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must currently hold an active U.S. Property and Casualty Insurance license. We will assist with obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
  • Experience in running quotes and binding coverage across multiple insurance carrier platforms is strongly preferred.

Training will be provided, so previous customer service experience is not required but is considered a plus.
