The Senior Mobile QA Engineer, will play a crucial role in setting up the foundations in making this happen ensuring that

software applications perform optimally under various conditions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Test iOS and Android mobile apps across functional, UI/UX, smoke, and regression scenarios
  • Execute full regression testing for every release to ensure app stability
  • Identify, document, and track defects with clear steps and logs
  • Support end-to-end testing of new features, enhancements, and app improvements
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to verify requirements and resolve issues
  • Maintain mobile test cases, regression suites, and release checklists
  • Perform device compatibility testing across OS versions and form factors
  • Support automation efforts for faster and more reliable regression coverage

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in mobile application testing (iOS and/or Android)
  • Strong knowledge of functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for mobile apps
  • Experience debugging mobile issues using tools such as device logs, and network inspection tools
  • Ability to test mobile-specific behaviors (permissions, push notifications, deep links, app lifecycle, network states)
  • Hands-on experience testing across real devices, simulators/emulators, and multiple OS versions
  • Proficiency with QA tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Figma, TestFlight, Firebase App Distribution)
  • Solid understanding of API testing and backend validation
  • Ability to create clear test cases, test plans, and detailed bug reports
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and root-cause investigation skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Coding/scripting experience is a plus (e.g., Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, or Python)
  • Experience with mobile test automation (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) is astrong plus
