Job Title: QA Engineer

Company: Networking Solutions provider in Singapore

Work Setup: Onsite / Monday to Friday / 9 am to 6 pm

Work Location: Makati

Salary: Php 65,000 basic salary + benefits

Requirements:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, or similar, with experience writing automated tests
  • Experience with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, functional, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android) is a plus
  • Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using industry-standard testing frameworks and tools
  • Perform manual testing when necessary to support automated test coverage
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify potential issues, improve software quality, and streamline testing processes
  • Execute functional, regression, performance, and security tests to ensure software meets functional and non-functional requirements
  • Report, document, and track software defects in a clear and detailed manner
  • Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and processes
  • Analyse system requirements and provide input on testability, test coverage, and quality standards
  • Review application documentation to ensure alignment with test cases and testing standards
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools, technologies, and trends to improve the testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
