About the role

Serabel Trading, Inc' is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our team based in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to our customers throughout the local area. This is an essential role that plays a crucial part in our operations and delivering a high level of customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customer locations
  • Load and unload vehicles with care, ensuring items are secured properly
  • Plan efficient delivery routes to minimise travel time and fuel consumption
  • Provide excellent customer service, delivering goods on time and responding to any customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any special instructions or issues
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Logistics team to ensure the smooth running of deliveries
  • Clean 2 cars daily
  • Water the plants in the garden of the commissary

What we're looking for

A Valid NBI Clearance

A valid NBI Clearance (issued within the last 6 months) and Police Clearance

  • A valid professional driver's licence (or specify exact licence class required in the Philippines) and at least 3 years' experience as a delivery driver
  • Strong navigation and route planning skills to deliver goods efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and vehicle maintenance
  • Physical fitness to load and unload vehicles, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • A clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years and commitment to safe driving practices
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Legal right to work in the Philippines with valid government-issued identification
