About the role

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team at Washington Central Corporation. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our valued customers in South Caloocan Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods and materials to customer locations
  • Load and unload vehicles in a careful and efficient manner
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of yourself and others
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries, routes, and vehicle maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
  • Assist with inventory management and organisation of the delivery vehicle
  • Work collaboratively with the broader distribution team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

What we're looking for

  • Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Experience in delivery driving or a similar role within the road transport industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure deliveries are made on schedule
  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to perform the manual handling and lifting required for the role
  • Knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions in South Caloocan Metro Manila
