Key Responsibilities:


• Constantly communicate with head office for sales and forecasting


• Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude


• Execute in-store upselling and advertising strategies


• Operate POS system


• Handle refunds, exchanges, coupons, and discounts per policy


• Balance the receipts and sales at shift start and end


• Address basic customer questions or refer to the right staff


• Flag transaction errors or suspicious activity to supervisor

Qualifications:


• At least high school graduate


• Previous cashier or retail experience is a plus


• Excellent attention to detail and customer service


• Can multitask and remain calm under pressure


• Willing to be assigned anywhere within Metro Manila
