Key Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, scope of work and contract documents to ensure alignment with design intent.
  • Set out, level and survey site work: establish reference points, alignments, elevations and verify installations.
  • Supervise and monitor all on‑site activities during day shift: labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate with project team (design engineers, QA/QC, safety, procurement, subcontractors) for smooth execution of works.
  • Track site progress, prepare logs, daily/weekly reports; identify non‑conformance and initiate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering/Management, or related discipline; professional licence is a plus.
  • Proven experience (2‑5+ years) in site engineering or supervision with ability to interpret drawings, specs and technical documents.
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills; adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD or equivalent site management software; knowledge of construction methods, materials, quality standards and HSE regulations.
  • Willingness to work in outdoor/field conditions, frequent site visits and travel to locations as required.

Working Conditions
  • Regular day shift hours, with occasional extended hours when project demands dictate.
  • On‑site environment: exposure to construction activities, heavy equipment, varying weather and terrain; adherence to PPE and site safety protocols.
  • Combination of office‑based planning/reporting and field‑based supervision, inspections and coordination.

  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder communication across teams, contractors and consultants.
