Audit Staff

· Do Fieldwork
· Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments as per the internal audit plan.
· Conduct detailed audits of financial records, inventory processes, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other operational procedures.
· Test and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and financial reporting processes.
· Identify potential risks, errors, or discrepancies, and suggest corrective actions to management.
· Prepare working papers and audit documentation in compliance with audit standards.
· Prepare draft audit reports, summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
· Assist in preparing management summaries and presentations related to audit findings.
· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Assist in the review of inventory management practices, distribution processes, and sales data to ensure proper compliance and accuracy.
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
· Use various auditing tools and software to analyze financial statements, transactions, and operational data.
· Communicate effectively with team members, senior auditors, and other departments.
· Participate in meetings with other departments to understand operations and provide advice on improving internal controls.
· Follow up with relevant departments to ensure corrective actions are taken for identified issues.
· Stay updated on the latest accounting, auditing standards, and industry best practices.
· Assist in improving audit methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Participate in training and development opportunities to advance audit skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
Relevant internships or work experience in accounting, auditing, or finance.
Strong proficiency in Excel
