About the role

As a Project in Charge at Global Officium Limited INC - Cubao, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Based in Cubao, Quezon City Metro Manila, this is a full-time position that will see you working closely with the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to key stakeholders
• Ensuring projects meet all relevant quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Collaborating with the design team to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
• Maintaining detailed project documentation and records

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar construction project management role
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
