Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaign Development

  • ●  Develop data-driven strategies for B2C, B2B, and FMCG campaigns across digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • ●  Translate consumer, market, and cultural insights into clear campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and integrated rollout plans.
  • ●  Partner with creative, digital, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution across Digital, ATL, BTL, and retail touchpoints.

Social Media, Digital & KOL Strategy

  • ●  Optimize campaigns and content initiatives to meet targets of KPI indicators such as video views, followers, and engagement growth.

Community & Audience Engagement

● Oversee brand community management, ensuring timely, on-brand audience interaction and feedback monitoring.

Leadership & Mentorship

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold a high standard of strategic excellence across the agency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a social media and strategic role within advertising or marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing successful integrated marketing campaigns and channel strategy.
  • Experienced in handling social media and developing social media reports ie. audience sentiments, page growth, content performance data with compelling insights.
  • Strong understanding of influencer/KOL marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to turn concepts into a compelling strategy and content.
  • Proficient in research and data analysis and consumer journey mapping.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and management skills.
  • Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members is an
