HR Generalist

I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
The HR Officer will serve as both a Business Partner to operations and a Shared Services provider to employees. This role ensures smooth end-to-end HR operations, from pre-onboarding to offboarding, while actively collaborating with department heads to address manpower, employee relations, and compliance needs. The HR Officer will also manage vendor coordination, handle employee records, and contribute to HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
HR Business Partnering
· Act as a point of contact for assigned business units to provide proactive HR support and solutions.
· Partner with managers to understand manpower needs, employee performance, and employee relations concerns.
· Support employee engagement programs and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
· Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding programs, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
· Monitor performance evaluations, support employee development, and process regularization cases.
· Conduct investigations, issue NTEs/NODs, and facilitate administrative hearings to ensure due process.
· Attend SENA and labor-related cases in coordination with Legal.
HR Shared Services:
· Manage end-to-end pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, including contract preparation, ID issuance, and government benefit enrollments (SSS, PhilHealth, BDO, TIN).
· Maintain accurate employee records and 201 files.
· Handle timekeeping reports, payroll instructions (e.g., separation), and manpower reports for KHI and DTI.
· Process employee movements, certificates of employment, and notices of personnel action.
· Manage off boarding processes including clearances, exit interviews, and final pay releases.
· Provide consistent HRIS support and orientation to employees.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
· Liaise with mall consignors to ensure compliance with manpower and consignment policies, including portal access.
· Manage manpower cooperative processes, including timekeeping and billing verification.
· Oversee the renewal of entry passes and permits for Operations.
· Collaborate with other HR Centers of Excellence (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits) to address employee needs and concerns.
Projects & Continuous Improvement:
· Lead the development and improvement of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
· Participate as a member of the Employee Engagement Team to drive people-focused initiatives.
· Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
