Job Description:

JAM Seafoods Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Officer to oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring efficient operations and minimizing discrepancies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and availability of stock to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.
  • Track and record inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
