As a Liaison Officer specializing in payment collection, bills payment, document processing, and office operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily administrative tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include managing payment collections, processing documents, handling bills payments, and acting as the office runner for various errands as needed. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Payment Collection: Collect payments from clients, customers, or partners promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to payment terms and policies.
- Bills Payment: Manage the timely payment of bills and invoices, including utilities, rent, and other operational expenses, to maintain the organization's financial obligations.
- Document Processing: Process and organize documents, including contracts, invoices, receipts, and other paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Office Runner: Act as the primary point of contact for running errands outside the office, such as delivering documents, making bank deposits, or picking up supplies.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the organization and external entities regarding payment-related matters, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of payment transactions, bills, and other financial documents for reference and auditing purposes.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers during payment collection processes, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office, including answering phones, filing, and other tasks that may be given from time to time.
- Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses related to payment collections and office operations, assisting in budget management efforts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on payment collection, bill processing, or office operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using basic office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and email applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
