Cost U Less Incorporated is a leading provider of interior finishes and furniture, catering to various interior needs. With a strong presence in the market for over 16 years, Cost U Less has been the go-to supplier of commercial office and restaurant furniture in the Philippines.

Our innovative and growing company is looking to fill the role of Cashier/ Invoice Clerk. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling cash and other forms of payment
  • Scanning goods
  • Issuing receipts
  • Providing customer service
  • Ensure accurate pricing, process refunds, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Encode daily invoice in the system(quickbooks)
  • Copy the invoices encoded from quick books to sales invoice booklet
  • Log daily sales to sales journal
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Proactive, reliable, independent and open-minded
  • Requires a high school diploma equivalent, supplemented by one to two years of experience in purchasing, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • A relevant degree such as Bachelor's and University Degree in Business, Education, Finance, Engineering, Business/Administration, Accounting, Management, Supply is a PLUS
  • Must be able to multi-task and must be detail oriented
  • Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience

Work Schedule:

  • On-site, Monday-Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php645.00 per day
