About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst – Accounts Payable (Mandarin Speaker) to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will manage daily financial transactions, ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, and maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve complex supplier inquiries, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate invoices accurately and on time.
  • Match Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR) using 3-way/2-way matching.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and items on hold.
  • Analyze aging reports and open GR reports to address pending issues.
  • Handle inquiries from complex suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Review and reconcile critical supplier statements against company records.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.
  • Support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and audit/SOX requirements.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 3–6 years in Accounts Payable, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
  • Language: Must be fluent in Mandarin.
  • Systems: Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Cloud or SAP) and MS Office (Excel proficiency required).
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and accounting principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment or remote setup.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
