About the role:

We're looking for a Senior HubSpot Solution Architect to lead our next big transformation: building a unified, data-driven CRM ecosystem across Sales, Marketing, and Service.

This role blends strategic design with hands-on delivery — ideal for someone who loves to architect, configure, migrate, and optimize HubSpot themselves, while guiding a small technical team and shaping the future of how we connect with customers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, setup, and optimization of HubSpot across the organization.
  • Oversee and execute data migrations from Salesforce, Dynamics, Zoho, and custom CRMs.
  • Build workflows, automations, and integrations that connect HubSpot with NetSuite, Chargebee, and DealHub.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to simplify processes and enhance user experience.
  • Define best practices for data quality, governance, and reporting.
  • Lead a small, capable team delivering real business impact through modern CRM design.

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of CRM experience, including 5+ years in HubSpot architecture and delivery.
  • Strong hands-on skills in data migration, HubSpot configuration, and process automation.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with key business systems (ERP, billing, CPQ, and marketing tools).
  • Excellent understanding of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin, Solutions Architecture, or Data Management).
  • Analytical mindset, structured delivery, and leadership ability.
