Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Solutions Architect to support the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient technology solutions that align with business requirements. This role is ideal for a technically strong individual who is eager to grow their architecture skills while working closely with senior architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.

The Junior Solutions Architect will assist in translating business needs into technical solutions, documenting system designs, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the solution lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing end-to-end technical solutions based on business and functional requirements
  • Collaborate with senior solutions architects to develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution proposals
  • Support system integration efforts across applications, platforms, and services
  • Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and technical teams
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies under guidance
  • Ensure solutions align with security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards
  • Provide technical support during development, testing, and deployment phases
  • Help identify risks, dependencies, and constraints in proposed solutions
  • Document architecture decisions, system flows, and technical specifications
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5 years of experience in software development, systems engineering, cloud engineering, or a related technical role
  • Basic understanding of software architecture concepts and design patterns
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations
  • Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C#)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
