About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Billing Analyst to join a fast-growing AU IT company, responsible for end-to-end invoice creation, billing processing, and data management using NetSuite. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in high-volume invoice processing, Australian client billing, and offshore finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Creation & NetSuite Billing

  • Prepare, review, and generate invoices using NetSuite according to client requirements and company standards
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and issued on time
  • Process high-volume invoices daily or weekly for multiple clients
  • Maintain accurate customer billing records and master data
  • Update invoice notes, statuses, and supporting documentation

Stakeholder & Client Communication

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding invoices, billing discrepancies, and payments
  • Provide clear explanations of invoice details and adjustments
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to resolve billing issues efficiently

Billing Administration & Compliance

  • Manage billing workflows to ensure timely invoice processing
  • Support Sales and Operations with accurate billing information
  • Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable, preferably supporting Australian clients
  • 3–5 years offshore experience (BPO, shared services, or international clients)
  • Proven experience handling high-volume invoices
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite

Preferred

  • NetSuite experience (highly preferred)
  • Experience with ConnectWise or other ERP systems
