POSITION: Billing Analyst (Hybrid Set up)

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
SALARY: Php30,000-Php36,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS
✨Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field
✨With 2 years’ experience in order to cash (billing)
✨With basic knowledge in general accounting
✨Experience in SAP, Oracle system is advantage
✨Amendable to work in night shift schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✨Ensure invoices reflect correct pricing, discounts, taxes, and terms.
✨Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
✨Reconcile incoming payments with invoices and update accounting records.
✨Ensure billing complies with company policies, customer contracts, and relevant regulations tax laws.
✨Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings related to revenue and billing.
