- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement General Trade Sales Strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience as a General Trade Sales Executive or Specialist.
- Background in Hardware Retailing.
- Proven experience managing and growing General Trade channels
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field sales teams
- Deep understanding of trade dynamics, distribution models, and market behavior
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions
- Willing to travel and conduct regular fieldwork
What you will be doing:
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution across assigned areas.
- Analyze market movements, competitor activities, and sales trends to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key trade partners.
- Ensure effective route planning, merchandising standards, and trade program execution.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Warehouse to ensure stock availability and alignment with promotions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
