We're hiring Audit Supervisors and Audit Managers to join a leading international firm based in St. Kitts & Nevis, East Caribbean — offering not just a new role, but a once-in-a-lifetime professional and personal experience.

This is a 3-year overseas contract with full relocation support and international exposure through travel to the U.S. and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end external audit engagements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients across industries
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Oversee audit planning, risk assessment, execution, and reporting
  • Strengthen client relationships while ensuring compliance with global standards

Qualifications
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (in good standing)
  • 5–6+ years of progressive public accounting experience
  • At least 5 years in external audit
  • Proven leadership and engagement management skills
  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to relocate and grow your career globally
