Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Accountant with exposure to Australian accounting and taxation to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work closely with engagement managers to prepare financial statements and tax-related documents while supporting global clients through accurate and compliant accounting solutions.

Your Role in Focus

  • Prepare Australian financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for individuals and entities, including sole traders, companies, trusts, and partnerships
  • Compile and maintain accurate workpapers to support financial and tax reporting for engagement manager review
  • Process journals and updates in client accounting software
  • Review, organize, and validate client information and supporting documentation
  • Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) on client matters, including payment arrangements
  • Assist with research, preparation of advice, and file documentation
  • Ensure compliance with Australian accounting and taxation requirements while delivering high-quality client support

The Qualifications We Seek

  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar corporate or accounting environment
  • Developing knowledge and exposure to Australian taxation and accounting legislation
  • CA or Part CA equivalent (or currently in progress)
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support innovative service delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php110,000.00 per month
