Key Role:

Data Analyst with strong technical and analytical expertise to support data migration,

governance, and visualization initiatives. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support data migration and implementation projects, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.

  • Perform data profiling, validation, and analysis using SQL and related tools.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, processes, and data validation rules.

  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions, reports, and dashboards.

  • Design and develop data visualizations and business intelligence reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Cloudera DS Workbench.

  • Participate in initiatives related to data governance, data quality, and master data management (MDM).

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • At least 5–10 years of experience in data architecture, ETL development, or related technical leadership roles.


• Advanced expertise in:

o Data Warehouse design and implementation

o ETL tools and processes (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.)

o Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data Management (MDM)

o Data Discovery and Visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of data platforms, web and mobile development

methodologies, and software design best practices.

  • Experience in managing data or analytics projects from design through delivery.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig, hybrid set-up
