NarraSoft is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creative expertise with strong project management and organizational abilities. This role requires high-level proficiency in marketing and design tools, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Design & Branding:
    Develop and design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
    Create visually engaging retailer maps, advertisements, and digital content consistent with brand standards.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Communications:
    Plan, execute, and analyze campaigns using Constant Contact and other email marketing tools.
    Manage and approve social media content across X (Twitter), Meta (Facebook), and Instagram.
    Proofread, edit, and approve all marketing communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Project Management:
    Oversee all marketing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, quality standards, and strategic goals.
    Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to deliver marketing assets efficiently and effectively.
  • Research & Strategy:
    Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic marketing and business decisions.
    Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and impact.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, creative services, or project management roles preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
  • Proficient in Constant Contact or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Proven experience managing and posting to social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate marketing is a strong plus.
