Position Title: Logistics Assistant Manager (Warehouse)

Work Location: Danao, Cebu

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift

Job Overview

The Logistics Assistant Manager supports the end-to-end management of warehousing and materials handling. The role oversees daily warehouse activities, ensures proper storage conditions, manages inventory accuracy, and coordinates with internal teams to maintain efficient and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
  • Supervise daily activities within the warehouse to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering teams and service providers to ensure optimal functioning of cold and dry storage areas, material-handling equipment, and other related utilities.
  • Monitor stock aging, track items nearing expiration, and ensure timely disposition of materials.
  • Ensure proper receiving, handling, and storage of materials in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; background in Operations Management is an advantage.
  • At least five (5) years of supervisory experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Strong leadership skills, integrity, excellent communication abilities, and sound decision-making.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work onsite in Danao, Cebu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
