Work Location: Danao City, Cebu (Central Visayas)

Drive efficient, well-organized warehousing operations across raw materials, packaging, and spare parts while ensuring compliance, stock accuracy, and top-tier storage standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan, and manage day-to-day warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, and spare parts.
  • Oversee warehousing activities to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Engineering and Service Providers to maintain warehouse cold/dry storage, MHE, and utilities in optimal condition.
  • Monitor stock ageing and proactively flag items nearing expiry for timely action.
  • Ensure strict compliance with receiving, handling, and storage guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, ideally with operations exposure.
  • Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in operations—preferably warehousing or inventory management.
  • Strong leadership presence, integrity, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sound decision-making and high stress tolerance.
  • Willing to work on-site in Danao City, Cebu.
