The Site Logistics Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily warehousing operations, ensuring the smooth flow, accuracy, and proper handling of raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts. This role works closely with engineering teams and service providers to maintain warehouse utilities and storage systems while monitoring inventory levels for timely action.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control warehousing operations for raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts.
  • Direct daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient material flow.
  • Collaborate with Utilities & Facilities Engineering and service providers to ensure proper operation of cold storage, dry storage, material handling equipment, and warehouse utilities.
  • Monitor inventory ageing and flag aging or near-expiry stocks for timely disposition.
  • Ensure strict implementation of receiving, handling, and storage guidelines at all times.
  • Maintain warehouse accuracy, discipline, and compliance with internal standards and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field, with exposure to Operations Management.
  • Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in operations, preferably in inventory management or warehousing.
  • Strong leadership skills, high integrity, and effective interpersonal relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making skills, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
  • Must be residing in, or have relatives in, Danao City, Cebu or nearby municipalities.
