  • Operational Oversight: Supervises all day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Final Packing Management: Directs final packing operations, ensuring products are packed safely, efficiently, and according to specific customer and quality standards (e.g., proper labeling, sealing, and palletization).
  • Inventory Control: Implements and monitors inventory management systems, conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Leads, trains, and mentors warehouse and packing staff. Assign tasks, manage schedules, evaluate performance, and foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain management, to ensure seamless operations and timely order fulfillment.
