ROPA coordinator

The ROPA Coordinator is responsible for supporting the ROPA team in managing inventory, facilitating sales, and coordinating with dealers and agents. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist the ROPA Supervisor in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures.

· Coordinate with the collections team to receive repossessed assets and prepare them for sale.

· Support the sales team by providing information about available ROPA inventory, pricing, and unit specifications.

· Prepare sales reports and track progress towards sales goals.

· Coordinate with dealers and agents to facilitate sales transactions.

· Assist in recruiting and onboarding new dealers and agents.

· Maintain positive relationships with existing dealers and agents.

· Provide support and training to dealers and agents.

· Ensure the timely and efficient turnover of repossessed units from collection companies.

· Verify the completion of all necessary checklists and documentation during the turnover process.

· Coordinate with the sales team to ensure prompt listing and sale of available units.

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· With experience in inventory management, sales support, or a similar role.

· Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php20,000.00 per month
