About the Role

We're seeking a CX Ad Operations Liaison to join our growing team in Davao.

This role bridges the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams — ensuring advertising campaigns are delivered smoothly, accurately, and on time. You'll play a key role in client communication, campaign coordination, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, sales, and technical teams regarding ad operations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to gather campaign requirements and clearly communicate client objectives to the technical team.
  • Collaborate with technical staff to implement, test, and launch advertising campaigns accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor campaign performance to proactively identify and resolve issues or discrepancies.
  • Generate and deliver performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all campaigns are served in full and meet client expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams, addressing technical requirements and questions.
  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Help develop and refine processes and workflows to improve efficiency across ad operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital ad platforms, technologies, and campaign metrics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills.
  • Able to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick, or other ad serving platforms is a plus.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
