  • Drive continuous improvement within an organization by identifying and addressing inefficiencies and waste in processes and procedures.
  • Develop job evaluation programs, amongst other duties
  • Find ways to eliminate wastefulness in production processes
  • Reviewing production schedules, processes, specifications, and related information
  • Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
  • Check reports such as Service Reports, Periodic Maintenance Inspection Service Sheet, and Battery Checklist
  • Update repair and maintenance cost per site
  • Sett up Annual PM Plans for all the rental units based on standard PM Frequency
  • Conduct site visits and meetings at those low-performing sites

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in industrial engineering or related field required
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or supply chain management is plus.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of improvement methodologies.
  • Project management skills
